Your first session is a deep dive. Nando will take a full history, assess what's happening in your body and energy system, and begin the work. You'll leave with clarity about what's happening and a clear path forward.
Sessions are available in person or remotely. Nando works fluently in English and Spanish.

Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes. Applied Kinesiology, Biomagnetism, and Neuro-Biochemical Balancing can all be conducted remotely with excellent results. Breathwork sessions are also highly effective online.
What should I expect in my first session?
Arrive with an open mind and comfortable clothing. Nando will guide you through everything. Plan for 90 minutes.
Do you work with children?
Yes. Many of these modalities are gentle and especially effective for children.
